  • Utilized Agile and Scrum methodologies to document and maintain test records, and developed testing plans for firmware, software, and hardware - used TestFlight for app updates and JIRA for issue tracking for parking systems for various sites.
  • Tasks included creating automation routines for Linux and Windows environments and optimizing setups for Linux-based Raspberry Pis, verifying and updating data via the Worldstream cloud portal powered by AWS, and inserting records into mySQL database.

  • Performed extensive testing for websites and mobile applications, which were developed using Laravel PHP, Swift, Java, and SQL. Testing included functional, non-functional, positive, negative, regression, and cross-platform cases and scenarios.
  • Utilizing JIRA for bug tracking and integrating it with HP ALM for test case management; ensured a streamlined and efficient workflow for all testing activities. This included identifying, resolving, documenting issues quickly to ensure optimal user experience.
